• What is PortalPi?
  PortalPi is an independent hub that connects the Pi community with real-use applications such as TopupPi, ServersPi, and more. It also enables donations and app requests within the Pi ecosystem.
• How do I log in?
  Login is handled via the Pi Network SDK. Just open PortalPi in Pi Browser and tap “Login with Pi Network”. Your username will be securely stored in your local browser.
• How do I donate?
  Go to our Donate page, choose the target application or category, and confirm your Pi payment. Donations are processed through the official Pi SDK.
• Can I suggest or request a new app?
  Yes! We welcome ideas that could benefit the Pi ecosystem. Use the Contact page to send your proposal or reach out directly at team@portalpi.com.
• Is PortalPi affiliated with the Pi Core Team?
  No. PortalPi is an independent developer initiative aiming to build compliant and useful tools that support the Pi Network’s vision. We follow the guidelines set by the Core Team, but we are not officially endorsed.
• Why do I need Pi Browser?
  For full compatibility with Pi SDK features such as authentication and payment, Pi Browser is required. PortalPi is designed specifically for use inside Pi Browser.
• What happens after I donate?
  You’ll see a confirmation screen. The Pi transaction is processed on-chain, and your username + donation details are securely stored. We use this information to fund and prioritize development goals.
