How do I pay with Pi?
All payments are handled through the official Pi SDK. Just select your VPS plan, continue to checkout, and tap "Pay with Pi". Make sure you're using Pi Browser.
Why do I see "Preparing for payment" forever?
This usually means your Pi SDK is not connected. Please try again from Pi Browser and ensure you're logged into your Pi Network account.
I paid but my VPS doesn't show up
Check your My Account page to verify the status. If it still says "Pending", refresh after 30 seconds. For completed payments, your VPS will show full details.
Where is my VPS hosted?
All virtual machines are hosted on IONOS high-performance infrastructure with SSD storage, redundant connectivity, and robust DDoS protection.
Is PortalPi secure?
Yes. We use Pi Network authentication and payments, so no passwords or sensitive information are stored. Payments are managed fully by Pi Network's SDK.
