Welcome to Portal Pi. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our platform. By using Portal Pi, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website or services.
Portal Pi is an independent developer platform designed to aggregate, showcase, and facilitate access to Pi-based utilities such as Topup Pi and Servers Pi. We also accept suggestions and donations for future apps that support the Pi Network ecosystem.
All logins are securely handled via the Pi Network SDK. Portal Pi does not require passwords or collect sensitive user data. Users must access the site via Pi Browser for secure login and payment support.
All donations are voluntary and non-refundable. Payments are processed via the official Pi SDK and confirmed through the Pi blockchain. No fiat currency or external payment gateway is used.
We only store minimal data, such as Pi usernames and basic transaction details needed for order or donation confirmation. We do not share or sell data to third parties. All activity is in accordance with Pi Network guidelines and GDPR where applicable.
Portal Pi and its sub-applications must not be used for malicious or illegal activity. Any attempt to abuse or disrupt our systems or impersonate other users may result in permanent access restrictions.
Portal Pi provides optional tools for requesting custom Pi-integrated applications. These are evaluated case-by-case and may involve communication with our dev team. Submitted ideas are not guaranteed to be developed or funded.
Portal Pi is not affiliated with the official Pi Core Team. We are an independent developer group building compliant utilities that aim to grow the Pi ecosystem.
Portal Pi is offered "as is." We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or permanent availability. We are not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the platform or its apps.
We may update these terms periodically. Major changes will be communicated on this page. Continued use implies acceptance of the updated terms.
